My Goals

Step1- Desire

I want to improve my strength.

Step2- Belife

I know i can improve my strength because I am a future soldier, and i've set my mind to improving other things in my past and accomplished them.

Step3- Analyze where you are now!(Fitness Testing)

My max out is 125 lb on bench press .

Step4- Set realistic Goals

I will be able to increase my max out by at least 10 lb.

Step5- Write your goals in detail

- Write out a personal work plan to use for the following next to 2 months
- Go on a protine, vegtable, and carbohydrate diet plan
- Stay focus

Step6- List the benifits you will recive

- Will feel Better about myself( Knowing that I accomplished waht i said I would)
- Become more fit forBootCamp
- Body will be heather
- Chicks will Dig the new body( lol just joking)(or am I??)

Step Seven: List the Obstacles

-Pain
- Laziness
- Other obligation I have  to the school, famliy
 

Step Eight: Identify the Knowledge You Will Need

- My max, and how to push them higher.

Step Nine: Make a Plan of Action

I will start working on my desire to increase my strength
